This sketch is of Pendrell and Denman Streets looking at the Tanpopo Sushi Restaurant from outside the Care Point Clinic (Doctors Office). Finished and watercolour version of yesterday B/W unfinished one. This part of the Vancouver West-end Sketchbook and now marks the half-way point of the book. :-)
