This sketch is of Pendrell and Denman Streets looking at the Tanpopo Sushi Restaurant from outside the Care Point Clinic (Doctors Office). It is another sketch in the Vancouver West-end Sketchbook. Currently unfinished and only black and white ink sketch so far.

    Dave, these street scenes are really good. i always like a 'set' and these will be a really cherent record of the neighbourhood.

    Thanks for the comments..
    .. I enjoy doing these as I am really familiar with the neighbourhood. I actually enjoy sketching these this way in B/W first then applying the colour. The book is coming along nicely. Originally the sketches were all going to be in one style but I like mixing up the different sketch styles to keep it interesting.
